Refund Policy

Once you register for a training session at ZX Academy, the company has the right to deduct the fee for covering the costs of training expenses, demo sessions, server usage, and administrative costs as per the instructions below, if the candidate wishes to discontinue from the course.

• If the candidate has just registered for the training, ZX Academy has the right to deduct $100.
• ZX Academy has the right to deduct either 50% of the training fee if the candidate wants the refund money after attending a minimum of 2 sessions.
• There will be no refund if the candidate wants the refund after attending a minimum of 5 sessions.
